Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 2 m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- 3 m.-large tomato(s)
- 2 bell peppers, red
- 200 g mushrooms, fresh or from the can
- 1 can of corn
- 3 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 4 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 pack of gravy
- 1 ½ liters of broth
- 1 cup of cream
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- oregano
- Cayenne pepper
- Thyme

Brown the ground meat. Add the diced onions and season generously with salt and pepper. Then add the sliced leeks, diced tomatoes, sliced bell peppers, drained or cleaned mushrooms, and the broth. Add the remaining ingredients, except for the cream, to the pot and season with the spices. Let the whole thing simmer for about 45 minutes. Finally, add the cream, but do not let it simmer. Baguette slices or small party rolls make a perfect accompaniment. The soup tastes even better the next day! It’s also great to prepare in advance.
