Indian carrot soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • Broth, granulated
  • 1 kg carrot(s), peeled, sliced
  • 1 apple, peeled, pitted, in pieces
  • 1 large onion(s), diced
  • 1 large potato(s), peeled, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup of sweet cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Bring the carrots, apple, onions, potatoes, and garlic to a boil in 1.5 liters of water with the appropriate amount of stock powder. Simmer for about 20 minutes, and puree when all the vegetables are soft. Mix the flour and cream together and add to the soup. Let it simmer briefly. Season to taste with ginger, curry powder, salt, and pepper.
