Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 chicken, meaty
  • 4 slices of pineapple
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • 1 can/n tangerine(s)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • curry
  • Condensed milk
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • lemon juice
  • brandy
  • Butter / Margarine
  • Flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cook the chicken and cut into large pieces. Keep the meat warm on a platter. Make a light roux with butter and flour and add 1/2 liter of chicken stock. Season to taste with curry, salt, pepper, pineapple juice, lemon juice, condensed milk, and a little brandy. Blend with the egg yolk. Heat the mushrooms and fruit in butter and add to the meat. Then spread the sauce evenly over the meat. Serve with rice.
