Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 2 tbsp oil (olive oil)
- 125 g crab
- 1 jar ready-made mix for meat pan, Indian
- 200 ml vegetable stock
- 200 g sweet cream
- some lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Clean and wash the spring onions and cut into small rolls. Peel the garlic, crush it with a broad knife, and finely chop it. Heat the oil in a soup pot and sauté the spring onions. Add the prawns and sauté briefly. Add the meat sauce, stock, and cream and heat through. Season with lemon juice.
