Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g scallops, fresh
- 80 g butter
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 lime(s), peel cut into strips
- Salt
- Pfeffer, ad M.
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash the scallops, drain, and halve horizontally. Heat the butter until foamy, then add the lime zest. Sauté the scallops in the butter over medium heat for 3 minutes. Remove the scallops and arrange on plates. Season with salt and pepper. Finally, drizzle with lime juice. Serve immediately.
