Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g margarine
- 130 g powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 100 g flour
- 250 g cornstarch
- 50 g ground almonds
- 2 bottles of flavoring, vanilla

Cream together margarine, 100g powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, and flavoring. Sift flour and cornstarch over the flour. Fold in along with the ground almonds. Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Form hazelnut-sized balls from the dough, place them on the baking sheet, flatten slightly with a fork, and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C. Let the snowflakes cool slightly and sprinkle with the remaining powdered sugar. This recipe yields approximately 60 snowflakes.
