Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 head of savoy cabbage
  • ½ handful of raisins
  • 1 banana(s), chopped
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Curry powder (Madras)
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt
  • Mango chutney

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Chop the savoy cabbage and sauté it in 1/2 cup of water. Simmer the raisins. Then add the banana and season with the remaining ingredients.
