Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • e.g. cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of clove(s)
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 3 bananas
  • 100 g nuts
  • 100 g chocolate
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pkt. pudding powder, vanilla flavor
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 150 g sugar
  • n. B. Rum

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Deliciously fragrant cake, especially during the Christmas season.

Cream the butter with the sugar and salt until fluffy. Stir in the vanilla sugar and eggs. Combine the flour with the pudding mix and baking powder and add to the mixture along with the milk. Coarsely grind the chocolate and nuts, peel and mash the bananas. Stir everything into a batter, add the spices, and pour into a well-greased, large loaf pan. Bake for 70–80 minutes at 175°C.
