Indian chickpea flour snack from the oven
Mix the chickpea flour with the rice flour, spices, salt, and baking powder. Then, finely chop the onions, finely slice the potatoes, and add them to the flour mixture along with the peas. Mix well again. Add the water, oil, and lime juice and mix until a thick paste forms. Pour the mixture into a non-stick muffin tin and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes, until the pakora muffins are dark brown. Let cool, then remove from the tin and eat warm or cold.
