Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g flour
- 40 g sugar
- 75 g butter
- 1 egg(s)
- 150 g marzipan
- some lemon juice
- some jam
- 1 pack of cake icing (chocolate)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
makes 20 cookies
Pile the flour on a work surface. Add the sugar and egg to the center. Sprinkle the butter in small pieces on top. Quickly knead all the ingredients into a dough, roll out, cut out shapes, and bake (at 175 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes). Cut out marzipan like the cookies and arrange them on top with jam. Cover with chocolate glaze.
