Ingredients for 4 servings:
- ½ celery root
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 carrots
- 1 m.-large leek(s)
- 50 g butter
- 750 ml vegetable broth or meat broth
- 250 ml dry white wine
- 250 g shrimp(s), peeled
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Shrimp soup
Wash the vegetables and cut into small pieces. Peel and finely chop the onion. Melt the butter and sauté all the vegetables until translucent. Add the stock and simmer over low heat for 25 minutes. Pour in the wine and bring back to a boil. Finally, add the shrimp and season with salt and pepper.
