Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 piece(s) roe, 1 piece milk
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Carp roe or milt, baked or fried

Remove the skin from the roe or oyster, wash, and pat dry. Bake: Heat butter in a pan and briefly fry the oyster. Enjoy with salt and pepper. Or deep-fry: Coat the oyster in the flour and breadcrumb mixture and press the coating onto the oyster. Briefly fry in the deep fryer, then season with salt and pepper. Serve with potato salad and fried parsley.
