Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 cl rum (Captain Morgan)
  • 3 cl liqueur (Malibu)
  • Juice (strawberry juice)
  • Ice, crushed ice
  • ½ strawberries (fresh)
  • 1 carambola slice(s) (star fruit)

Instructions

Working time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 4 minutes

Absolutely one of the best cocktails..!!

Fill a 0.3l long drink glass with crushed ice and pour the Captain Morgan & Malibu over it. Top with strawberry juice. Please do not use strawberry syrup or anything similar, as this will significantly impair the flavor. It can also be sipped frozen (*) instead of crushed ice. Decorate the glass with strawberries and star fruit. (*) Blend all ingredients with the ice in a blender until smooth.
