Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 150 g flour
  • 325 ml milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

The special basic recipe

Combine all ingredients and let stand for 15 minutes. Fry in batches in a non-stick (Teflon) pan with a little oil, lightly frying on both sides. Use only a very small amount of batter (a ladleful). Gently swirl the pan to spread the batter. Top with powdered sugar, cinnamon, or Nutella, if desired.
