Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg jacket potatoes, boiled, peeled
- 200 ml milk
- 3 spring onions, cleaned, washed and cut into fine rings
- 85 g butter, melted
- some salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Champ
Add the spring onions to the milk and heat for 5 minutes (do not boil). Mash the potatoes with a little salt and gradually add the milk and spring onions. Ladle into four bowls and make a well in the center of each bowl. Divide the melted butter evenly among the four servings. Eat with a spoon, scooping some of the puree from the edge and dipping it briefly in the butter before eating.
