Irish Soda Bread, Smoked Salmon Spread and Whiskey Butter
The perfect irish soda bread, smoked salmon spread and whiskey butter recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Irish Soda Bread
- 600 g Flour
- 500 ml Buttermilk
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 1 packet Baking soda
- 1 hand Laurel
- 1 tsp Marjoram
Smoked Salmon Spread
- 650 g Cream cheese
- 350 g Smoked salmon
- 6 Splash Worcester sauce
- 3 Splash Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Chopped dill
- 1 pole Spring onion
- 1 hand Watercress
- 250 g Butter
- 1 Pc. Onion red
- 1 tbsp Honey liquid
- 2 tbsp Whiskey
- Black pepper from the mill
Irish Soda Bread
- Mix the flour, baking powder, salt and caraway seeds or chopped bay leaves (amount as desired) and stir in the buttermilk. Now shape bread rolls or small rolls with well-floured hands – there are no limits to your imagination! Brush with a little water, place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 220 degrees for about 15 minutes!
Smoked Salmon Spread
- Mix the cream cheese in a medium-sized container until it can be easily whipped. Add the other ingredients and mix well. Serve!
