Irish Soda Bread, Smoked Salmon Spread and Whiskey Butter

Irish Soda Bread

  • 600 g Flour
  • 500 ml Buttermilk
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 1 packet Baking soda
  • 1 hand Laurel
  • 1 tsp Marjoram

Smoked Salmon Spread

  • 650 g Cream cheese
  • 350 g Smoked salmon
  • 6 Splash Worcester sauce
  • 3 Splash Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Chopped dill
  • 1 pole Spring onion
  • 1 hand Watercress
  • 250 g Butter
  • 1 Pc. Onion red
  • 1 tbsp Honey liquid
  • 2 tbsp Whiskey
  • Black pepper from the mill

Irish Soda Bread

  1. Mix the flour, baking powder, salt and caraway seeds or chopped bay leaves (amount as desired) and stir in the buttermilk. Now shape bread rolls or small rolls with well-floured hands – there are no limits to your imagination! Brush with a little water, place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 220 degrees for about 15 minutes!

Smoked Salmon Spread

  1. Mix the cream cheese in a medium-sized container until it can be easily whipped. Add the other ingredients and mix well. Serve!
