Smoked salmon (avocado kiwi salad, cherry tomatoes, flatbread, sprout salad)

- Debone the salmon, peel off the skin and cut into pieces. Score cherry tomatoes at the top and bottom, briefly add to boiling water and soak in ice water. Peel off the tomato skin.
