Isa's chocolate crescents

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g margarine
  • 100 g flour
  • 50 g spelt flour
  • 70 g powdered sugar
  • 50 g dark chocolate, melted
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • White chocolate for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Whisk the margarine and powdered sugar until fluffy, then stir in the melted dark chocolate. Mix in both flours with a dough hook. The dough will be very light and won’t work with your hands. For easier handling, place it in the freezer or refrigerator for a few minutes. Scoop out small balls with a spoon and shape them into crescents. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 10-15 minutes. Let cool thoroughly and decorate with white chocolate.
