Coffee-flavored Christmas cookies, makes about 50 pieces

Mix butter, sugar, and egg yolks. Knead in almonds and flour. Chill the dough. Then roll out thinly and cut out cookies. Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven (175°C) for about 8-10 minutes. For the filling, cream the butter and powdered sugar until fluffy. Season with instant coffee. For the glaze, mix the powdered sugar with the liquid coffee and glaze half of the cookies with it, then place a mocha bean on top. Spread the filling on the other half of the cookies and place a glazed cookie on top.
