  • 70 g sugar
  • 70 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 140 g flour
  • Jam (blackcurrant jelly)
  • powdered sugar
  • lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Christmas cookies

Cut ovals (or circles) from the rolled-out dough and bake for about 10 minutes (approx. 170-200°C). Glue two slices together with jam (blackcurrant jelly). Cover with lemon glaze.
