Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bunch soup greens, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • ½ bottle of red wine, dry
  • 2 large cans of tomatoes, chop slightly
  • pepper
  • Salt
  • 2 chili peppers, dried, crushed
  • oregano
  • 500 g beef
  • some oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Sauté the vegetables and garlic in a little heated oil. Deglaze with the red wine. Add the tomatoes and beef. Add the spices and simmer for about 2.5 hours, adding a little water if it thickens too much. After 2.5 hours, remove the beef, shred it with two forks, and add it back in. This dish tastes best with al dente pasta.
