Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 40 ml sunflower oil
  • 30 ml milk
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • n. B. sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

for approx. 15 – 20 cookies

Place the flour, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl and mix. Make a well in the center and add the remaining ingredients. Starting at the center, knead all ingredients into a smooth dough. Divide the dough into 15-20 evenly sized pieces. Shape into a small roll with your hands and flatten slightly. Place the rolls in the sugar on a plate and roll them in it. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 20 minutes. The cookies will stay fresh for a long time if stored in a sealed container. Soaked in milk, they taste great for breakfast.
