Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g Spätzle, homemade or from the refrigerated section
- 1 cup crème fraîche with herbs
- 100 g mountain cheese
- salt and pepper
- Herbs, Italian

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Briefly fry the spaetzle in a pan and then stir in the crème fraîche. Add the grated mountain cheese and heat in the hot pan until it melts and a sauce forms. Then reduce the heat to low and season to taste. A very simple but delicious recipe that I developed myself by chance.
