Spaghetti with arugula

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250g spaghetti
  • 250 g arugula
  • 4 tomatoes
  • Parmesan
  • pine nuts
  • olive oil
  • Ham (Serrano)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Adjust the amount of Parmesan, pine nuts, ham, and olive oil to your liking. Cook the spaghetti until al dente. In the meantime, chop the tomatoes and cut or tear the ham into small pieces. Wash the arugula, remove the stems, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Grate or shave the Parmesan. Once the spaghetti is ready, immediately mix everything: spaghetti, Parmesan, olive oil, ham, arugula, pine nuts, and tomatoes. Since the pasta cools very quickly due to the cold ingredients (which also tastes great), you can preheat the plates in the oven.
