Italian leftover Pan Ala Emari

The perfect italian leftover pan ala emari recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 small Zucchini
  • 1 middle Onion red
  • 100 g Turkey breast
  • 200 ml Tomato sugo
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 100 ml Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon Vegeta natura
  • Clarified butter for roasting
  • Tagliatelle

preparation

  1. Cut the onion into rings – cut the zucchini into cubes – cut the turkey breast into strips – cook the tagliatelle until al dente

roast

  1. Roast the onion in the clarified butter – add the zucchini and roast it – put in a separate pot – add the tomato sauce (I have this homemade from the freezer, but you can also replace it with canned tomatoes)
