Italian leftover Pan Ala Emari
The perfect italian leftover pan ala emari recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 small Zucchini
- 1 middle Onion red
- 100 g Turkey breast
- 200 ml Tomato sugo
- 100 ml Cream
- 100 ml Salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon Dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon Garlic
- 2 tablespoon Tomato ketchup
- 2 tablespoon Vegeta natura
- Clarified butter for roasting
- Tagliatelle
preparation
- Cut the onion into rings – cut the zucchini into cubes – cut the turkey breast into strips – cook the tagliatelle until al dente
roast
- Roast the onion in the clarified butter – add the zucchini and roast it – put in a separate pot – add the tomato sauce (I have this homemade from the freezer, but you can also replace it with canned tomatoes)
- Now put some cream in the roasting pan and loosen the roasted aromas by briefly boiling – then add the cream to the vegetables and mix everything well
Toast the turkey strips
- Put the butter peel back in the pan and roast the turkey strips sharply – now add the turkey strips to the vegetables
Spice up
- Now season everything with salt, pepper, vegeta, lots of oregano, garlic and ketchup and season again to taste
serve and decorate
- Place the vegetable mixture in the center of the plate, place the tagliatelle on both sides – decorate with dark balsamic cream and place a few ruccola leaves on top
