- 500 g minced meat
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- salt and pepper
- 1 stale roll
- 1 egg(s)
- Parsley
- 2 tbsp Parmesan
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Soak the bread rolls in water and squeeze out excess water until no more water comes out. Mix all ingredients together and form meatballs. Heat oil in a pan and fry the meatballs. A little tip: If you have any leftovers, you can cook them in tomato sauce for about 20 minutes the next day. If you like—I always do this—you can cook 2-3 whole potatoes with the meatballs and enjoy the whole thing with a fresh baguette.
