Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 2 large onions
  • 1 liter of broth
  • 1 can of corn
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 small can of tomatoes
  • 1 small can of tomato paste
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • 150 g processed cheese (herbs)
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 2 tsp marjoram
  • e.g. Tabasco

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel and dice the onions. Brown them with the ground beef in a suitable pan. Now add all the remaining ingredients and simmer for about 10 minutes. Serve hot. A great party recipe. It tastes simply delicious and is a favorite.
