Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g farfalle, penne or spiral pasta)
- 100 g Genovese pesto
- 2 handfuls of olives, green
- 1 handful of tomatoes, dried, marinated in oil, well drained
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the pasta al dente according to the package instructions. Once cooled, toss with the pesto. Finely chop the olives and tomatoes and mix with the pasta and pesto. Season with salt and pepper. You can also add a few fresh cherry tomatoes.
