Italian pasta salad alla Sonnenschein

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta
  • 100 g sausage (city sausage)
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • ½ can/n vegetables, Mexican
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 6 tsp remoulade
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp herbal salt
  • 1 bunch of chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Cook the pasta and rinse with cold water. Dice the sausage and cucumber. Drain and rinse the Mexican vegetables. Then combine everything in a bowl. For the marinade: Mix the yogurt with the remoulade, sugar, and herb salt. Finely chop the chives and add them to the marinade. Pour the marinade over the salad and refrigerate with the lid on.
