Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 slice(s) beef, thin
  • 1 bunch parsley, flat
  • Parmesan, grated or Peccorino
  • 4 clove(s) garlic, chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

goes well with penne with vodka – tomato sauce

Spread out the roulades and sprinkle with 1/2 bunch of chopped parsley, garlic, and the cheese. Roll them up, secure, and season with salt and pepper. Brown them well on all sides in a hot pan with olive oil. Remove after about 10 minutes and place in an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle with cheese and drizzle with a little tomato sauce (see Penne with Vodka and Tomato Sauce. Note: Pour the sauce over the roulades before adding the vodka. This way, the tomatoes are still chunky and the sauce has a stronger tomato flavor). Finish cooking in the oven for about 20 minutes.
