Italian salad with arugula and Parmesan

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bunch arugula
  • 1 head of radicchio
  • 150 g Parmesan, sliced
  • 150 g red grapes, halved, seedless if possible
  • salt and pepper
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, pressed

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

very tasty as a starter

Wash the lettuce and spin dry, tear the radicchio into bite-sized pieces. Mix a strong marinade of salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and garlic and toss with the lettuce. Sprinkle the shaved Parmesan and grapes over the lettuce. Serve with crusty ciabatta bread.
