Pasta with Prosti sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g pasta (e.g. spaghetti, spirelli etc.)
  • salt water
  • 3 tomatoes, ripe
  • lots of fresh basil, the more the better
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • some garlic
  • some oil (e.g. aromatic organic sunflower oil)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Pasta with cold tomato sauce

Cook the pasta in salted water and drain. Dice the tomatoes and toss with oil, salt, garlic, and fresh basil. Pour the resulting cold sauce over the still-hot pasta. A refreshing summer recipe, quick to prepare with just a few ingredients and simply unbelievably delicious.
