Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 pinch of fenugreek
- 1 tsp, levelled honey
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 tsp, chopped oregano, dried
- 1 tsp, stripped thyme, dried
- 1 tsp, sautéed marjoram, dried
- 1 tbsp water
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- e.g. sea salt
- n. B. Pepper, black and white
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 10 minutes
For grill and pan
Combine all ingredients, except the water and olive oil, in a bowl, preferably with a whisk. Then add the olive oil. Don’t worry, it might not combine well yet. Now add the water. Mix everything well again until it forms a smooth paste, then pour it over the meat. Mix everything thoroughly and refrigerate for about 6 hours. Add salt and pepper to taste. This amount is enough to marinate 400g of chicken breast inner fillets.
