Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 slices of white bread
  • 1 jar pesto verde
  • 4 slices of turkey breast
  • 1 jar tomatoes, dried in oil
  • some arugula
  • Parmesan in a piece
  • some remoulade
  • 1 onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

delicious, easy and good for parties

First, toast the bread. Then spread four slices with pesto and top with turkey breast, onion rings, and sun-dried tomatoes. Now add plenty of arugula and freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Spread the remaining four slices with a little remoulade. Fold them together and cut into triangles. Secure with toothpicks, if desired.
