Italian vinaigrette with lamb's lettuce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • some pepper
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 200 g lamb’s lettuce

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Quarter the tomatoes. Wash and trim the lettuce. Make a dressing with the remaining ingredients. Divide the lettuce among four small plates and drizzle the tomatoes and dressing over the lettuce. Serve with baguette.
