Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g potatoes
- 100 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 50 g sheep’s cheese
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- some mineral water
- Salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder
- ½ pkt. mixed herbs, frozen
- 1 bunch of radishes
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the potatoes with their skins on for 20 minutes. Mix the quark with crushed feta cheese, lemon juice, mineral water, and spices until creamy. Add the herbs. Trim and wash the radishes. Peel the potatoes and serve with the quark and radishes.
