Jacket potatoes with linseed oil and quark

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g quark, fat content of your choice
  • ⅛ liter milk
  • ¼ liter of oil (linseed oil)
  • 1 kg potatoes, waxy
  • 2 medium-sized onions, grated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Spreewald style specialty

Drain the low-fat quark in a sieve; use the fattier quark as is. Mix well with the onions and milk. Season with salt and pepper. Boil the potatoes (with skin on), peel them while still hot, and serve with the quark and linseed oil.
