Ingredients for 7 servings:

  • 1 ½ kg potato(s), waxy
  • 500 g quark
  • 2 cups of yogurt
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 packs of mixed herbs, frozen

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the potatoes, place them in cold water, and bring to a boil over high heat. Once the potatoes are boiling, add 1 teaspoon of salt and simmer over medium heat for about 25 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the quark with the yogurt and sour cream and season with salt and pepper. Stir in the herbs and season again with salt and pepper.
