Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 egg(s), including the yolk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 8 cl rum

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until frothy and then pour into a preheated grog glass. Add the same amount of water to the 8 cl of rum, heat both together, and then pour into the glass with the egg custard.
