Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 jar jackfruit, organic (350 g drained weight)
- 1 onion(s), red
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp oil for frying
- 4 tomatoes, fresh
- 400 g tomatoes, pureed
- 200 g kidney beans
- 200 g corn
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 1 tsp smoke flavoring
- 2 tsp chili pepper(s)
- 50 ml orange juice
- n. B. Wrap(s), approx. 3 – 4
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Drain the jackfruit in the jar and rinse with cold water. Chop the jackfruit pieces into small pieces and fry them in a little oil. Finely chop 1/2 onion and 2 cloves of garlic and fry them briefly with the jackfruit. Mix the sauce ingredients together. Then add the jackfruit and cook it down. Top the wraps with the jackfruit in BBQ sauce, the kidney beans, corn, and tomatoes.
