Spaghetti in minced meat, ham and leek sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150g spaghetti
  • 150 g minced meat
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 100 g ham
  • some oil
  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • 100 ml cream
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • n. B. Nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. In the meantime, peel and finely dice the onions. Trim the leeks, halve them lengthwise, and wash them thoroughly. Then slice the halves diagonally into pieces. Dice the ham. Heat the oil in a pan. Brown the minced meat. Add the onion, diced ham, and leek and fry briefly. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Dust with 2 tablespoons of flour, then pour in the stock and sauté briefly. Add the cooked pasta to the pan. Stir in the cream and bring everything back to a boil. Serve immediately.
