Jalapeños stuffed with bacon and goat cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 16 Jalapeño(s), large
  • 100g bacon
  • 50 g goat cheese, Bulgarian
  • n. B. Rosemary needles, fresh
  • n. B. Oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Preheat the oven/grill to 180°C. Hollow out the jalapeños. Cut the bacon strips and goat cheese into small cubes. First stuff the jalapeños with the bacon and then seal them with the cheese. Push the rosemary sprigs into the cheese and drizzle with oil. Cook in the oven/grill for about 25 minutes.
