Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 200 g butter
- 60 g sugar
- 300 g flour
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 jar blueberry jam without pieces

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). In a bowl, cream the butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar until very light and fluffy, then add the sifted flour. Knead the dough until smooth and refrigerate overnight. The next day, gradually roll out the dough in small portions on a floured board until about 2-3 mm thick, working in different directions so the dough doesn’t shrink unevenly. Cut out discs using round baking sheets (about 4 cm in diameter) and bake on a greased baking sheet on the middle rack of the preheated oven for about 12 minutes until light golden. Once cooled, sandwich two cookies together with a thin layer of fruit spread and gently press down. Let the cookies rest overnight. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.
