Jamaica Ice Cream, Bruno Style
The perfect jamaica ice cream, bruno style recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 ml Coconut milk
- 400 ml Whipped cream
- 90 g Sugar
- 50 g Coconut flakes
- 3 El Coconut liqueur
- 3 El Rum raisins
- Heat coconut milk, whipped cream, sugar and coconut flakes in a saucepan until the sugar is dissolved. It is important not to cook
- Then mix in the liqueur and rum raisins and leave to cool
- Stir briefly again before pouring into the ice cream maker
- If you don’t like the Rumrosninen, you can also add normal ones.
