Apricot and Cherry Liqueur
The perfect apricot and cherry liqueur recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Apricots prepared
- 400 g Freshly prepared cherries
- 400 ml Dry white wine
- 250 g Sugar
- 200 ml Kirsch
- 100 ml Water
- Wash the cherries and apricots and cut the apricots into quarters
- Gently heat the water, sugar and white wine until the sugar has dissolved
- Add apricots and cherries and cook for about 5 minutes
- Let cool and add the kirsch
- Pour everything into a large glass, close tightly, let it steep for 5 days in a cool and dark place
- Filter well and fill into a bottle.
