Apricot and Cherry Liqueur

The perfect apricot and cherry liqueur recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Apricots prepared
  • 400 g Freshly prepared cherries
  • 400 ml Dry white wine
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 200 ml Kirsch
  • 100 ml Water
  1. Wash the cherries and apricots and cut the apricots into quarters
  2. Gently heat the water, sugar and white wine until the sugar has dissolved
  3. Add apricots and cherries and cook for about 5 minutes
  4. Let cool and add the kirsch
  5. Pour everything into a large glass, close tightly, let it steep for 5 days in a cool and dark place
  6. Filter well and fill into a bottle.
  7. also tastes great with vanilla ice cream
