Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 radish(s), white, peeled, grated
- 4 tbsp rice vinegar or white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp cane sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tsp horseradish, freshly grated or 2 tsp hot horseradish from the jar
- 1 tsp juice (ginger juice)
- ¼ cucumber(s), peeled, diced, (nB)
Instructions

Squeeze the radish thoroughly between paper towels and mix with the remaining ingredients. Tip: To make the ginger juice, add a piece of unpeeled ginger root to the garlic press.
