Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 radish(s), white, peeled, grated
  • 4 tbsp rice vinegar or white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp cane sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp horseradish, freshly grated or 2 tsp hot horseradish from the jar
  • 1 tsp juice (ginger juice)
  • ¼ cucumber(s), peeled, diced, (nB)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

spicy, sweet and sour

Squeeze the radish thoroughly between paper towels and mix with the remaining ingredients. Tip: To make the ginger juice, add a piece of unpeeled ginger root to the garlic press.
