Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 head of jamon cabbage
- 1 cup low-fat yogurt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 5 tbsp Miracle Whip
- 1 tbsp salt
- ½ tbsp pepper
- 5 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 pack of herbs as desired, frozen, possibly garlic
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Chop the cabbage and mix it with the remaining ingredients. Let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
