Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 small apple
  • 1 tbsp acacia honey
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp yogurt, 1.5% fat
  • 350 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

with yogurt, apple, cinnamon and honey

Wash the apple (do not peel!) and remove the core. Place the apple pieces in a blender along with the honey, cinnamon, yogurt, and water and blend on high for about 2 minutes.
