Jaroma Cabbage with Turkey Sausage

The perfect jaroma cabbage with turkey sausage recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Jaroma cabbage
  • 2 Roast sausages from the turkey
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • Oil
  • Steak pepper
  1. Fry the sausages (I had turkey with spinach and cheese in it, very tasty and not as small as they look in the photo) in a pan in a little oil.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the cabbage into small pieces.
  3. Park the sausages and fry the cabbage briefly in the same pan, then deglaze with broth. Simmer to the desired consistency with the lid closed.
  4. Season to taste with pepper and serve with the sausages.
