Jaroma Cabbage with Turkey Sausage

- 500 g Jaroma cabbage
- 2 Roast sausages from the turkey
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- Oil
- Steak pepper
- Fry the sausages (I had turkey with spinach and cheese in it, very tasty and not as small as they look in the photo) in a pan in a little oil.
- Meanwhile, cut the cabbage into small pieces.
- Park the sausages and fry the cabbage briefly in the same pan, then deglaze with broth. Simmer to the desired consistency with the lid closed.
- Season to taste with pepper and serve with the sausages.
