Ingredients
- 350 g Chinese cabbage fresh
- 3 Turkey schnitzel
- Salt, pepper, chilli, nutmeg, 3 tbsp heavy cream
Instructions
- Roughly cut the cabbage, I like that with the cabbage. Simmer a maximum of 150 ml in cold salted water. But must still have a bite !!!!!!! Pour off the water. Season with salt, nutmeg and cream.
- Raise the pan, add some margarine. Heat is ok if you go in with a wooden spoon and the fat bubbles up. Chop in the schnitzel and season with chilli flakes and salt. The color should be seared appetizing. I finished
